2. Contact us via email or phone ( +39 392 46289126 ) to setup a time when is good to log in and do the work and discuss what needs to be done and take your payment details.

3.  We will email you with a link you must follow. Install the software attached to the email by following the on screen instructions.

If you do not have a password to access your windows or Mac account, on installation of the remote control software it will ask you to insert a key please insert ( Tuscanypcclinic ) as the key.
